Lantern or Lamp control circuit - (16 patterns) using IC S9801

The IC S9801 is a 16 pin, light control IC ; With the working voltage of 2.0 ~ 7.0V, 4 outputs. With this IC, we can obtain 16 kinds of changes in pattern.

S9801 lantern control IC comes in a DIP package, 14-pin plastic. The pin arrangement shown in Figure 1.

The pins as follows: (1) pin: OFF, then VSS null when four lights, which can be accessed CDS control.(2) pin: OPT, lantern control 16, then VSS after 8, then VDD before 8. (3) pin: VSS negative. (4) pin: ZC, AC 50Hz/60Hz input. (5) pin: Vbb, positive. (6) pin: T internal testing ended input. (10) pin: L1 ~ L4 light string output. (11) pin: OSC1 Oscillator input. (12) pin: OSC0 oscillator output. (13) pin: KEY function key input. (14) pin: T2 internal testing ended output.

The 16 kinds of pattern changes is as follows:
