Pull transistor circuit relay delay

Figure is composed of transistor pull-delay relay circuit. Just power on, 16µF capacitor voltage is zero, both transistors are off, the relay does not operate. With the 16µF capacitor charging, over a period of time, the voltage reached its high, both transistors are conducting, the relay time delay pull. Delay time of up to 60s. Delay time can be adjusted through the 10MO resistor.
